Jeff & Jen, I am a new client for Insurance and Stephanie has helped me get insurance for my new car. I just wanted you guys both to know. After being denied multiple places and quoted ridiculous prices. 3 mental break downs later....I ended up calling and speaking with Stephanie. She was patient, caring, and was BEYOND helpful. She answered all my 10000 texts and questions within minutes. She explained things to me not one person took the time to do. She has made this process soooooooo smooth when it wasn’t smooth sailing to begin with! I just had to let you know that before talking to Stephanie, I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown.

I work in customer service but the level of comfort and help I got from her was something I have never experienced before! It can’t go without recognition!!!!!! I asked her to provide me with someone I could leave a comment with and I just thought for what it is worth, I want you to know that she is INCREDIBLE at her job. She has Even provided me with contacts after hours for serious questions etc. I’m so thankful I called her and she has made this process so much easier!!!
